這學期的第二次創創小聚，特別邀請到了政治大學前校長，財管系名譽教授周行一教授來為我們演講，從世界趨勢來帶入主題，人口成長率的下降、科技的進步、政府財政狀況及地緣政治風險等。
人口成長率下降，對服務產品的需求也就沒這麼多，而人口成長率的下降也促成老年化顯著，年輕世代負擔增加，而由於未來的發展是掌握於年輕人手上，資金因為存於高齡人口，因此造成資金無法流動，經濟無法成長。不過高齡化也能帶來所謂的老人經濟效益，如老人安養、長照服務等。
科技進步加速，使得經濟上升，不過也造成貧富差距加劇，以美國為例，生產力增加大於歐洲，貧富差距也是大於歐洲的。
全人均衡理財思維，設立投資報酬率，做資產配置，選擇適合的標的，進而去投資產生投資組合，等到人生轉變，如買房子、生小孩，就要去調整資產配置從而去形成一個循環。規劃、等待、分散及被動、長期、複投、調整、平衡為八喜投資法則，而努力工作我認為是目前我們最需要做到的，努力工作累積資本，長期投資賺取報酬。
最後，周教授給予大家的結論是，機會無所不在，但是準備好的人方能掌握機會，能掌握世界趨勢中的機會，要具備的能力是：

- 勤於閱讀與寫作
- 把每一個工作當成是最好的工作
- 做「全人均衡理財」
